Concerning the address of the property list in the form below & the inspection cost based on the information provided to Eco Advantage. This INSPECTION PAYMENT AGREEMENT is made on the entered date below by Eco Advantage and client. The inspection is tentative and will be scheduled imminently.By submitting the form below the client understands and voluntarily agrees to as follows:

Inspector agrees to perform a visual inspection of the home and to provide the client with a written inspection report. The report will be on the accepted form of which the state the home is located.

The inspection and report are performed and prepared for the use of the client, who gives the inspector permission to discuss observations with real estate agents, owner, repair person, and other interested parties. Inspector accepts no responsibility for use or misinterpretations by third parties.

Payment of the fee to the inspector is due upon completion of the inspection. This fee may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. If the client is represented by a Realtor payment may be postponed to the closing date provided that the closing is not more than 30 - days from the original inspection date. A WDIR is no longer valid after 30 days. If the home does not close within the 30 day period from the date of inspection, not to exceed 45 days, the client will be billed and expected to pay the inspection costs without delay. Tentative closing date listed in the form below. The client understands that if for any reason the home does not close, the client is still liable for any and all unpaid fees. The client agrees to pay all legal costs incurred if there is a small claims action to be taken due to non-payment.

The parties agree that any litigation arising out of this Agreement shall be filed in the court having jurisdiction in the county which the inspector has its principal place of business.
